Does your old SIM card still work? If so, you might need to contact your old provider first. According to https://crtc.gc.ca/eng/phone/mobile/num.htm "You have to finalize any payments or resolve any issues with your current service provider before you cancel or transfer your services."

I had the same issue and it is the old carrier did not release the number. Likely due to missing info (ie: your old account number, PIN, name, IMEI, etc). So while PM has control of what's initiated from their SIM card so you can make outgoing call and txt; your old carrier still "keeps" the number so everything incoming still go to your old account.
In my case a private message to the Moderator Team fixed the issue in a few hours.

Look like the porting is not fully completed!!!
The call goes directly to the mail box of the previous provider.

That happend to me when I first switched to PM, and I shut down my phone and turned on it worked. try that.

@tamasfun Test your old sim card and see if it is still working. Since you cannot receive calls, it looks like something went wrong during porting in your number. In this case, you will need to send a private message to the Moderator_Team with your account info and they will get back to you tomorrow.
