I have tried multiple cards and I have funds in those accounts but it always says that there’s a problem. I have tried every day for the last 5 days. Just looking for some help before my account gets suspended

To figure out why mutliple payment cards aren't working, please open a ticket using the chatbot and get the help of a Public Mobile customer support agent. https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
In the meanwhile, a Public Mobile payment voucher can be puchased from some local convenience and grocery stores. After purchase, they can then be applied to your Public Mobile account using Self Serve or by dialing 611.

@PhoenixFast try once more using Private or Incognito mode
If still same, open ticke with CS agent:
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Contact CS Agent,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click the the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):
