Hi there,
I'm trying to activate/make a payment on my plan. But i keep getting the message unable to verify card.
I've been using the same card all the while here. I just don't get why payment is not going through.

In order for a payment to process, the credit card must be associated to a Canada address and the info must be entered correctly (identical to your account issues)
Also, Visa/Debit may be a hit and miss - there is currently an issue processing payments with this type of card.
Please keep in mind that you can try using another one, or even topping up with vouchers!
