Unable to make payment

Hi there, 

 

I'm trying to activate/make a payment on my plan. But i keep getting the message unable to verify card.

 

I've been using the same card all the while here. I just don't get why payment is not going through.

So I'm having this issue now with a card I've been using for months here.

 

Any ideas? I've Pmed @Mary_MMary and @Shazia_K.I want to get this running before the promotion ends.

Good morning @DanDan

 

In order for a payment to process, the credit card must be associated to a Canada address and the info must be entered correctly (identical to your account issues)

 

Also, Visa/Debit may be a hit and miss - there is currently an issue processing payments with this type of card.

 

Please keep in mind that you can try using another one, or even topping up with vouchers!

Is it a prepaid card? Many merchant providers are making it harder and harder to use them.
