Trying to add funds and I’m unable to log in. I’ve tried multiple devices and connections. Brings me to a white page that says internal server error. Is this happening for anyone else? Yes I cleared cache.

Yes this usually happens at least a couple times a week overnight for maintenance where no one can access self serve, not ideal but usually kicks back on early in the morning

@coriikins28 - all seems good this morning. Have another go at it.
Try logging in by opening a tab in incognito mode, if things are not quite reacting as they should be.

If you have a registered credit card and you know your 4 digit pin then you could dial 611. Or buy vouchers and enter them in 611. Or use the instant top-up method.
I get the same error.
