My Sim remains unregistered. I can't receive the eversafe code required to finalize sin reg and account. As such. I get "mobile network unavailable" and "Sim card not registered " on my Samsung s10

First, go to this link and enter your IMEI number to confirm this particular model of phone will work with Public Mobile.

You may need to try your SIM card in another phone to reprovision it. If that doesn't work, contact a CS Agent.
