Unable to change subscription

I’m trying to lower down my subscription to $20 plan but does not show in list

Yea, it's not fair for sure, but if you don't see in your account, no going back....

you can only change to plan you see on your My Account, Change Subscription page.  If you don't see the plan you want there, you cannot change to it

I was not aware that plan price keeps increasing once you change and cannot get back nor I had dreams to check community post before changing so please skip all these conversations and come to point on how or what are others ways for me to get back my original $18 plan?

currently $35 plan since needed for one month.

there are so many posts talked about that.  Search and you will see this answer everywhere

many tried to ask PM to see if they can override, and all gave back the same result

So, if you don't see the plan there, you cannot change to it.

There is nowhere on websites where it’s mentioned that you cannot go back to original plan nor it was notified when changing plan. If one cannot afford how Public mobile can force customers to buy higher plans or continue with high cost plans.

sorry @Bhakti , it doesn't matter why you moved away from the plan or how long you moved away, it is the same.  You can only change to plan you see on that page.  If the plan is not there, you cannot get it

We tried and confirmed that even PM support won't override that

I had this plan for more than a year. Upgrade temporarily to $35 since required Mexico calling but now I want to go back to my original plan

you can only change to plan available on your My Account -> Change subscription page.  If the plan is not there, you cannot change to it

downgrading plan is possible but usually you do not see many choices to downgrade.  From what i understand, $20 plan is never a choice for downgrading to
