I’m trying to lower down my subscription to $20 plan but does not show in list

there are so many posts talked about that.  Search and you will see this answer everywhere

many tried to ask PM to see if they can override, and all gave back the same result

So, if you don't see the plan there, you cannot change to it.

sorry @Bhakti , it doesn't matter why you moved away from the plan or how long you moved away, it is the same.  You can only change to plan you see on that page.  If the plan is not there, you cannot get it

We tried and confirmed that even PM support won't override that

I had this plan for more than a year. Upgrade temporarily to $35 since required Mexico calling but now I want to go back to my original plan

you can only change to plan available on your My Account -> Change subscription page.  If the plan is not there, you cannot change to it

downgrading plan is possible but usually you do not see many choices to downgrade.  From what i understand, $20 plan is never a choice for downgrading to
