I am posting for a friend who is with public mobile who is unable to change his password.
After clikcing on the "forgot your password" link, he enters in his information and receives the reset password email. However, every time he clicks on the link, the link expires. This has occured twice. Anyone have any advice on how to solve this?
He has just bought a new SIM CARD as he had lost his phone.
Any help would be appreciated.

I'm glad to see that you're willing to help your friend in regards to this issue. On the other hand, for security purposes, we'll need him to send us a private message. Can you please ask him to send us one, including his sim card number?
