Unable to change current plan

Hi,

 

I have been attempting to change my current plan to the single month $40 for 4.5GB deal, I have tried a number of different browsers but the website is not cooporating with me, I attempted to top up my account to activate, and my only other option is greyed out. I am hoping a moderator could perhaps manually change my plan to a single month version of the current 4.5GB deal.

@IcedNewt, Is your account/plan currently active?  If your account is currently suspended, you must get the help of the moderators in order to change your plan.  That's just how the system is.

If your account iscurrently active, you should be able to make an immediate or at next renewal plan change.
