I've reached PM through several channels, but not getting help since 3 days.
My wife activated her SIM 3 weeks ago - she used my rogers number as alternate number. Even though she ported her Chatr number and all calls from her cell shows her correct ported number, her online account shows my Rogers number as her number.
Now, when I try to activate my PM SIM, it is not letting me port my Rogers number. Getting message 'Sorry, the number you entered is invalid. Please ensure you have entered the number correctly. If you continue to receive this message, please visit our online Community at publicmobile.ca/community' .
Its definitely because PM system has stored my number as my wife's number. Please fix.
