Unable to activate and pay - User error - please help!

So I've successfully transferred 3 accounts today. When doing my 4th, I got all the way to the credit card page, submitted and then lost internet connection. Sigh!!! My mistake entirely. 

 

I tried to start from the beginning. I was able to reach the end again but then it said that they couldn't process the transaction. I understand that the mods will likely have to get involved. I have two questions for the community:

 

1) Which mods should I private message and tag in this post? Don't want to overwhelm all of them with messages.

2) I understand there's a backlog right now with responses - in case I don't get a response before Sunday, how will they honour the promotion? Will they know I tried to activate during the promotion?

Yes this will likely require a moderator to fix, and yes unfortunately they are way behind right now due to this promo, so won't likely get to you for several days. What you should do at this point is send a private message to one of the mods, include the info as per this post http://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Knowledge-Base/All-you-need-to-know-about-our-Communit... You only need to pm to 1 mod, any will do, they share! 🙂 The pm should be indication enough that you tried to activate during the promo. Also, no need to tag as well, the pm will do.

 

You will need to be patient, but they will get to you.
