Hello,
I bought a sim card at Walmart and it was activated in the store. I never received an email following activation. I am able to use the phone. When trying to access the account or clicking on 'forgot your password' I get the message that it cannot verify my email address.
When the sim was activated in the store they were unable to print whatever information they were supposed to give me but they wrote down my phone number and A/C number (14 digits).
Any help would be appreciated.

@Ciecholinska Hi yes it is always a possibility that something was inputted wrong the main thing is you have your phone working I believe you said ,now the next thing you should probably do is click on the little? On the bottom right hand corner and ask Simon the bot That you would like to speak to human this way you can create a ticket to speak to a moderator it usually takes between 2 to 48 hours because they are very busy right now and they should be able to help you with your problem good luck

You could go back to Walmart to find which email they registered your account under. Other way would be submitting a ticket to a moderator by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right.

Sorry, I forgot to say that when I tried to create an account by clicking on 'My Account' and then 'Create an Account' I put in the phone number it says 'The phone number entered is invalid or you may have created your profile already. If you've forgotten your password click here' When clicking on the forgot password link it gives me the message that 'Sorry, we’re unable to verify your email address.'
As I didn't receive an email following activation is there the possibility that the person at Walmart put in my email address wrong?

@Ciecholinska Hello it sounds like you have to create a self serve account use the email that was used when they set up your account create a password and hopefully you should be good to go after that you can check the status of your account Just click on my account at the top right of the page on the public website and you should be able to create your account there
