I have been trying to cancel. I got two numbers with Public Mobile. I call them and their system says the numbers don't exist. I log into my account and see no numbers registered to it. The payments still come out of my credit card but they say they can't find the phone numbers. I tried the chatbot and it says go to the payments tab, but there is no payments tab to go to because all it gives me is an option to subscribe as though I have no account with Public Mobile already. I'm going nuts trying to deal with this mess.

if you can login to My Account, the account is still there, just need to make sure if auto payment is disabled
