Hi
I was charged a total of 22.95 three times and 16.95 once. Never got confirmation it went through or anything. Tried using my phone while in the USA on both my trips and it was not working for anything i paid for. I am reading here that others had the same issues. This need to get fixed and i want my
money back please

There is a procedure to enable a US Roaming add on but that's neither here or there now. Check your transaction history and your available funds as its likely some of your charges only topped up your account balance. You may ask customer support for a credit to your account if you explain the issue you had with the US Roaming add ons and they can investigate to see your lack of usage.

If you can post a screenshot we can sort it out. If there was an error, they can either refund you or maybe put whatever is owed in your balance for future renewals or add ons.

It is best that you contact a CS_Agent to look into this for you and a possible refund.
The refund may take up to a month for it to go through.

Please provide an image of your payment history and we can see what you have done. Was your renewal sometime in all this going on? Is your balance showing more than zero?
