Hi I mistakenly purchased USA adds on today infact I already had Canada, USA Mexico roaming in my current subscription plan. Is their a possibility you can cancel my USA adds on ? Because that add on already applied but I haven't using it and already charged in my card
Can you please forward this matter to Contact Us? I tried to using chat boot but didn't work. Contact Us didnt work tried to contact them earlier before. Hopefully this matter helps me resolve this issue.

I didn't get answer of my issue. Contact Us didn't work. The issue wasn't resolved.
