@happyrichard Except for the duplicate text plan, that looks about right. Try searching for networks and select T-Mobile or AT&T; try rebooring your phone.
Failing that you will need moderator assistance. Click this: message to moderators to send a private message to the moderator team with your phone number and an explanation.

Contact a moderator with your phone number, email address and a description of what's happening (or in this case what's not happening) and they will look into it and sort you out.

Do you see it active in your self-serve account under add-ons? Did you purchase is twice? If not, when you purchased it first time, it only added funds to your balance. If you see this balance in your account, buy that add-on again.
