I am driving blind here people. My roaming package isn’t working and I have followed all the troubleshooting steps. Ticket service isn’t working and that by itself is just ridiculous. Can someone check out my service and get it running please
Set the phone networks to 4G LTE. Be connected to either T-Mobile or AT&T. Turn on roaming data. Do you know if the phone has been enabled for volte here yet? What is the make and model of the phone?
