My first 15 day add-on expired yesterday. I purchased another add-on today. $30 was taken from my Visa, I have a receipt for my purchase yet it's not activated.
@BJ69 This is an issue with re buying very same US roaming add on . You need to wait 24 hours after the first one ends to re buy or choose a different US roaming package . But no worries support can help apply it back to back with out the 24 hour wait . Please submit ticket with CS agents using this direct link to
