Have a verified purchase, and monies removed from account as of yesterday Nov. 27. Today is Nov. 28. Account shows should be active for roaming talk and text. Checked carrier it shows T-mobile. Have rebooted phone. I know the roaming worked at this exact location 4 weeks ago when I purchased a separate roaming add-on for that trip at that time (which I am aware would be over).
please help or refund money spent for purchase.
