Hello,
I bought a 10-day US talk/text and $250 data plan for $20. I purchased the funds first, then used them to actually buy the plan. This was about a day before my trip.
I am now in the US but it doesn't seem to be working. I THINK the roaming is working as the T-mobile network comes up, but the data does not seem to work at all. When I checked my account here the plan says 0/250 megs used. Any help? I'm now paranoid that the roaming that is being done has nothing to do with Public Mobile

I agree that roaming data setting is the obvious thing to check.

Make sure the roaming option on your phone is enabled.
Do you know if the talk and text is working?
If those are working, then you need to contact the Moderator Team
