US Data add on

I went for a 5 day trip to the USA, and signed up for a 10 day USA plan add on, including data text and calling. At no point during the trip was I able to connect to any data network. When I look at my account, it said there were no add ons active. I would like the points (15) refunded since it was never active.

@16mikeh   the roaming add-on is a hit or miss.  But no worry, PM support likely able to reverse the transaction and put the fund back to your account, open ticket with PM using Chatbot:

 

 

1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
