I've had my line since January 2018 with a plan that includes US calling. I'm working from home this week and I've had feedback from a US client that when he calls me (multiple calls over the last 2 days) it says my number is invalid. I can't ask him to test. How can I fix?

That's strange.
You could download an app like TextNow that gives you a free US number and try calling yourself.
Or could use other apps/sites to test it out.

@SarahR1979, There is always a chance that the problem is on the other end. Have you been able to receive calls from other people in the US? Also, your plan (which includes US calling), should have no impact, since you do not need to be able to call the US in order to receive calls from the US.
All that said, you should probably reach out to the moderators (via private message), and ask them to check your account and make sure everything is configured correctly.
