URGENT! Not able to receive incoming or outgoing calls..

Good afternoon,

This morning i paid $40 to my account via voucher and it said payment was successfully added to my account. I couldnt make outgoing calls as of yet so I waited a bit.

Eventually i got irritated and tried to make calls with no avail. Now it says that local numbers that I'm trying to contact are infact long distance and I dont have that plan.

Can someone help me please - this is my work phone and I don't really have the patience..

Regards,

Asha

Hi @ShawnC13,

It is now saying that I only have $25 available.

Prior to my attempt at making calls my available funds was at $40.

I've Msged the MODs - Thank you!

Asha

@ashakthom, is the money sitting in your available funds?  I am wondering if the voucher money is just sitting there.  Anyway you should contact  MOD about this.

Hello  @closng,

Yes I have. I responds by saying I do not have an active long distance add-on.

Thank you for your help

Hi @ashakthom,

Sounds like the renewal of your plan glitched in the process. You will have to send a message to the Moderators with the following link - please include your phone number, name and other account details as well as your problem and they will be able to assist you shortly:

While you wait, have you tried dialing a 1-xxx-xxx-xxxx in front of the numbers you're trying to call?
