New activation. I can make calls, but can't receive calls!! Any help??

@Brat16 did you get no incoming calls or you have the issue two users with the same phone number? they are different issue
if you have issue with incoming calls., then did you request porting when you activated ? if so, did you response a text from your previous provider to approve the Porting within 90 mins?
