Trying to upgrade to 4g but no option

Anyone else trying to upgrade to the 4g plan and having trouble where to find it? I checked all over my account and how to upgrade but it doesn’t give me an 4g upgrades? Any help appreciated

Not only are the arrows used to select the plan, but the arrows also need to be clicked ln to see the other plans.  Unfortunately, they're not alll visible on the page at the same time.

Log in to you account / Plan and Add-ons / Change My Plan...then arrow down to select the 4g plan you want.

You can select Change at next renewal or Change plan now...up to you.
