Trying to port but site is lagging

Hello. I just signed up for Pm and I'm trying to port my Koodo number over but the site keeps lagging and timing out. Is there anyone here that can help me out with it?

@Nineball, Unfortunately the alternative (waiting for a moderator to get back to you) could take considerably longer than retrying.  Current wait times seem to be over 24 hours.  Be sure to retry using your browser in incognito/privacy mode.  This should ensure that there is nothing stuck in your browser's cache to mess things up.

@Nineball, unfortunately this is one of the weaknesses with this service.  The self serve portal is a bit weak at the knees.  Try doing it again later.  Consider also deleting the cache or using incognito mode.  Multiple attempts at a particular function can sometimes cause unwanted results in the self serve.
