I signed up on line today. To complete the activation, I have the app (2.4.5). A pop up is saying I don’t have the latest version when 2.4.5 is the latest version. What do I need to do?

If the PM app isn’t working on your phone. Have a friend or family with a newer phone download the PM app and create an account and activate the SIM but put your old SIM into their phone if you are porting your number over to PM. You don’t need to do this if you are picking a new number.
Once it is activated, they can logout of the app and you can manage your account on the website.

yes, 2.4.5 is the most updated version. You should be able to close the pop-up and login to complete the activation

just close the pop-up. It will pop up even you are on the correct latest version
