I am trying to subscribe and set up a SIM and the website is super janky, is there a known issue right now and I should do it later or some other issue I am not seeing?

if PM has not use charge you yet, please download the app and try again

I have tried removing cookies, using three different browsers now, and seeing that no one is answering, this may just be a public issue.
Probably just go over to Lucky mobile if this is the type of service...
