I was wondering if there is some way I can block a specific incoming caller that is troublesome from using my voicemail? Thank you for helping!

Nothing Public Mobile can do to prevent a number from connecting to your voicemail @pdolphin .

@pdolphin , blocking can be done on the phone app. This is what would happen on an android device. I assume something similar for iPhones.

Unfortunately, if you block the number on your phone your phone won’t ring but It will go to voicemail.
