I don't have access to my email, associated with my phone number for my account. And it's nit allowing me to login without verifying with email. Is there a way around this?
I'm just trying to pay my phone bill 😞

You can dial 611 or call 1-855-4PUBLIC from another phone and make a manual payment with the CC on file.

what "veriftying email"? usually it is a text to send to your phone

if your plan has already expired or you need to pay it very soon, then buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart or Loblaws or No Frills and then load the voucher using *611 or My Account
