Trouble with porting

I started a port out from PM to lucky mobile. Got the text from PM and replied yes. Its been over 12 hours and no progress has been made. The issue is if I call PM porting phone number, it says there's no port out request for that number, and I can't proceed to speak to anyone.

I thought maybe there was an issue with lucky mobile not being able to port in my 705-561 phone number, getting someone to speak to with lucky mobile is nearly impossible, so I don't really know what the issue is.

I decided to try and port out to Fido, who I was with prior to PM, and know my 705-561 number wouldn't be an issue with them, but when trying to sign up and port to them, it says my phone number already has a port request. So I'm stuck with PM saying there's no port request for my number when calling, and I can't move my number anywhere as it says there is a port out.

705-561-xxxx is a Sudbury number that you can freely ported to any carrier

since you already got the text from PM, now it is an issue with Lucky and you have to contact Lucky and ask for update
