I tried all that and still can’t make a call to certain people. Saying your call cannot be completed as dialed. This is getting frustrating. Paying for service and can’t call certain people

What is the make and model of your phone. It might require VoLTE settings on your phone settings to make calls.
Enter the IMEI to check if your phone is VoLTE compatible on bottom of link.

hi @Loridawn why you cannot make calls? did it say you only have 10 mins left or no more minutes?
try reboot phone, reset network settings and try dialing the number yourself with a 1 in front of the 10 digita
