Tried to register a credit card for AutoPay on my wife's new account, but was refused. This card is already on file with Public Mobile paying for my account. Calling the credit card company confirmed that they approved the transaction, but was refused on this end.

@Jim4 Nothing wrong with your credit card. The problem is how Public's system parses the address info.
Make sure your browser has JavaScript and cookies enabled. Use uppercase only. Enter the address exactly on how it appears on your statement minus any Apartment or Unit number and do not enter any special characters.

@Jim4 wait 1 hour from last attempt, clear your browser history, go to private/ incognito mode and try again to add it.
When entering your debit/ credit card information:
1. Enter the credit card address exactly as it appears on your statement ( capitalize all if necessary ).
2. Leave the apartment field blank, if applicable enter your apt in the street address field ie xxx - street address.
3. Enter your postal code without spaces ( if there is a space on the credit card statement then enter the first 5 digits only with the space).
Stay safe.

Try it with clean cache using incognito mode
Probably just website picky and flakey
Don't forget to drop space in postal code and no apt#
