I tried transferring my old Koodo number to Public Mobile today. I replied YES to the Koodo confirmation text, but the system said there was a problem transferring my number. My SIM now shows SOS only. What should I do now?

Maybe, but maybe not as I can't tell which SIM cards the customer is using while the phone is in SOS mode.

Your sim shows SOS means you don't just have porting problems but also account setup problem. You need PM to help
