I’m trying to transfer my number from lucky mobile to public mobile but I already deleted my ESIM for lucky mobile and can’t receive calls or texts. Will I still be able to transfer my number?

You will need to contact Lucky for a replacement eSIM on your account then start a new subscription with PM with an eSIM or SIM.

This is not something Public Mobile can help. You need to call Lucky and see if they agree to port with your verbal approval
If not, you will need to reactivate another sim with them so you can receive the port authorization text and reply Yes tur formal way
