Transferring my number error

Yesterday, I set up an account with Public Mobile for my phone number, 226-755-3587. Today, I transferred the other three numbers from Bell to the Public Mobile account that I created yesterday, under the assumption that all four phone numbers would be connected under the same account. However, my phone is now displaying a different number instead of the one I originally registered yesterday.

How do I change the phone number on my account, my dad still has my number hooked to his account even after removal. His account number is 10000005547191, please assist us on this it has been a very long process and we would like this to get resolved in the next hour, therefore one of the workers here need to manual go into our account, and fix it through there, me and my dad would not like to change our numbers. 

my number is still attached to his account, just tell me how to fix that. Long story short, he transferred all of me and my family’s number to the account he created yesterday, and we understand now, that we of should made separate accounts, but that is paste us now we are just looking on how to fix this issue, get us on four separate accounts while keeping our numbers the same, and getting my dads number off his account and on to mine.

We are all customers like yourself in the Community. 

Public Mobile is 1 account per phone number.

You would need to create 4 separate accounts with 4 different emails for each accounts.

Can you sign into your account now? If so, go to Manage Eversafe and change the phone number there.

If you cannot sign in, message agents for assistance sorting this out.

sorry, 4 numbers need 4 accounts with 4 different email addresses (as PM has a very simply system, one address one account)

you need to ask PM agent to sort this out for you
