I can outbound call with the correct number. But it isnt receiving calls.
Can someome look into this?

did you reply Yes to the porting authorization text from the old provider ?
if you did, did you remove the old provider sim/esim and enable PM sim and set as Primary?
It sounds like the porting was not done. There is a porting assistance team you can call and ask for update. I can't post the number here, but I will message the number to your community inbox. Please check and call them
