i used to buy my subscription at a local store, now they don’t sale it anymore and told me I have to go online. How do I link my activated SIM card to my account?

are you buying voucher or activating new account?
if you are buying vouchers, you can still buy it from Shoppers Drug mart or Loblasws
if you are activating new accounts, you will need to get a new sim card (you cannot reuse old one). You can buy a new PM sim card from Telus or Koodo or Mobile Klink
but if you are not activating new account, you have a work service and just cannot login, you will have to ask PM support agent to help.
