Transfer still not complete and no proper help

hi,

I got new subscription and added the number to be transferred but still service is not working and phone is not transferred yet.

I have already accepted YES to my previous sim yesterday but it still not ported

Did you reply to the text with YES confirming you are porting your number over to PM? You have 90 minutes to reply or porting will be cancelled.

Your old SIM should still work if porting wasn’t completed.

If you missed this most important critical step then you need to contact a CS_Agent to restart the porting for you so keep the old SIM in your phone.

If you did reply then reboot your phone by powering off then back on.

If you are porting a number over to Public Mobile you need to leave your old sim in the phone to receive the confirmation text that you want to port your number out. If you have missed the text I will email it to you. Check mail icon in top right corner.
