My phone number is (###) ###-####. I am transferring from Fizz to Public Mobile. I replied YES to Fizz’s message but they told me they didn’t receive my response and the transfer was cancelled. I need to submit another request. What should I do? Thank you for the help!

There is a number to call to talk to live support, they can re-trigger the process for you. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed
