Transfer number in / port in

Hello,

I just subscribed to Public Mobile and i wasn't able to transfer in my old number from Koodo to PM, with my account number, backup phone number and my name as authorisation.

 

It tells me to ask help to proceed the port, can someone help please ?

Login to your self-serve account.

Click on the "Change Number" link on your overview page after login

OR 

[Plan and Add-Ons]--> [Change Phone Number] --> [Transfer a wireless or wireline number ]

 

You need to provide:

1.  Your Koodo postpaid account #

2.  Your Koodo postpaid phone # to be ported to PM

3.  The owener's name on your postpaid account as shown on your Koodo statement.

i activated a new number and then im still trying to complete this port. 

the number is still active with koodo

Did you try again? Did you try the toll free number?

Have you already finished the activation? If so then you log in and use the change number feature in the self-serve and transfer.

Did you try to use https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/ and then type in "rep"?  Is it the ticket form that is failing to submit?

If Koodo prepaid then you'll need moderator assistance.

Click on the ? balloon in the lower right to find your way to contact moderators.
