I would like to know how to transfer my phone number from Koodo. I get the following message when trying to transfer my phone number via the self-serve web panel.
We were unable to transfer the phone number you entered. Try one of the following options:
- Make sure you entered your number correctly.
- Select a new number.
- Contact the Public Mobile Community for further assistance.

Same issue for transferring Koodo's numbe to PM. But no response from @Moderator_Team since last Friday! Deeply frustrated as nowhere else to contact with them.

Please ensure you dont have any pending amount at koodo. I had the same problem while porting my number from Chatr.
Since than I am very happy with Public Mobile. I wish to join them few years ago

If the Koodo account is a prepaid account then you'll need to contact the @Moderator_Team < Click this.
