I just activate my public mobile Wednesday afternoon , but now I still can use Fido and public. Pubilic Mobil can not received phone call, another else is good. Fido can can received phone call but cannot get text.

This is a known issue and unfortunately you will need one of the mods to help you out with this. @Mary_M
