Potential SIM issue

On this past Monday evening, I signed up for public mobile. I have gone through the activation issue, set up all my accounts (self-serve and community). Tuesday afternoon everything was working fine, texts were sending and receiving and I was connected to LTE (albeit it was slow). By Wednesday afternoon, I had no service; no signal, no data, no texts or calls. I tried everything to get it working. Resetting network settings and even factory resetting my phone. After a reply from @Shazia_K, I rebooted and had service. But there was no incoming calls or texts, I can not send texts, I have no data access, but I can make outgoing calls. I am wondering what is the best option to fix this issue, as far as I am concerned saving $40 a month is not worth going 3 days without service. Has anyone else experienced this?

If anyone is wondering, my sim in another phone still will not work, my devices are a OnePlus One and Two.

i have finally regained service to my phone after 3 weeks without service, i finally got the mods to send out a new sim card.

This is not a sim card issue.  Your porting never finished.  Usually, it's completed within a few hours of the request.
