Transfer esim to physical sim

Hi does anybody know how to transfer esim to physical sim?

You will need to purchase a new SIM from a Telus/Koodo/Mobile Klinik store or Amazon then login to your account on the app or website and go to Account - Change Your SIM Card but I don’t think you will get a credit for getting the SIM.

just buy a PM sim card from Telus or Koodo or Mobile Klink store or Amazon.  Then login My Account, go to Profile and update the sim card number to the new one
