Transfer Number Issue, need new text sent via old carrier

Hi there,

When i was doing the transfer process, I was unaware i needed to keep my old sim card in to authorize a text for transfer. Can i get that transfer text authorization reinitiated again?

It's Public Mobile who you need to contact for this, not Fido.
