voucher pin should be 12 digits.  Check the voucher again or contact the shop where you got it from

where you bought the voucher?   When you got the voucher? Voucher from some retails has a 24 hours wait time, pretty much needed for the voucher system to sync with PM system.  

try loading the voucher using My Account, or app or call *611 from your phone.  You can also call 1855-4PUBLIC using another phone to load the voucher.  

But if you encounter any issue and the voucher was bought less than 24 hours, wait and try again after 24 hours
