It seems 5GB isn’t adequate for my usage. Regular top up date is still a week further and my net juice is exhausted. Need to have my account topped up ASAP. Pls help

@asif_sadeque You can just go ahead and apply payment manually through my account . But note, your new due date is 30 days from now. If this doesn't work . Put the funds into your account. And contact a moderator . And ask them to apply them for you.
Click on the green questionmark in the white circle at the bottom right of your screen. This connects to the autobot Simon. Type moderator and follow the prompts to get to one. (CLICK on account specific question and human and submit a ticket)

You can contact moderators and ask if they can renew your plan early. Ensure your balance has enough funds to cover your plan.
You can also select a new plan with more data since you use all yours up. You can log into self serve account to change plan.
Two options change now you will be charged right away and no reimbursement for your current plan. Or change at next renewal and your new plan will start then and you'll be charged accordingly at renewal date.
