Whenever I enter my activation code it tells me that there’s a problem and I should go to the community website can anyone help what should I do?

You can setup autopay save $2 every 30 days.

Give it a couple hours, then try again. 

These sometimes take time to become activated for use.

 @Sam213 : Try using the 611 service. If the voucher has multiple 12 digit codes then use the one called PIN.

By activation code, do you mean the voucher PIN used to pay for the plan? These vouchers sometimes have a delay berfore they start working. Sometimes, they start working if  you try again after a few hours.
