Texting and calling

For some reason some calls I get give people the message phone not in service. I can make calls and texts but I'm not receiving them. Help!

@JacobL you can contact mods and ask them to restart your account from their end. This helped me.

A device issue can't make the incoming caller here a "number not in service" message.  Those messages are on the network side of things.


Agreed.  Most plausible situation is porting issue.

Unless you mistakenly changed the phone number on your account, there isn't anything that you could have done to have your number be reported as out of service. Assuming that the correct phone number is being called by others, you need to open a ticket by going to: https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat
